Firstly, thanks for signing-up and welcome to AffordBuy. By now, you have already signed-up with AffordBuy and have also received an email with your user name.

Login to seller page by clicking on the link in email send to you or login at using your user name and password received to your mail. Once you login, you will redirect to seller Home Page. At this seller Home Page, you can see Getting Started in the central part and AffordBuy University with multiple links on the right-hand side. You can read all the guides at AffordBuy University; these are designed to assist you to understand the entire operations process at AffordBuy so that you can run your online store in hassle-free manner.

Your own categorized online store at AffordBuy is now only a few minutes away. Though, in order to have your online store be prepared for the launch at, you require going through 3 simple steps.

Step 1: Store Set-up

Store set-up requires three simple steps.

Seller Information, Enter your contact information, administrative office contact, and shipping/store location.

Bank Details, Enter your PAN along with banking information so that we can put you up for the weekly payments cycles. Once you begin selling at and we have your banking information, you will begin getting paid each week based on our payment policy.

Service Fee Agreement: You will ensure the boxes for the categories you function in, get familiar with our rates for selling fees along with charges for shipping service and finally agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Policies & Rules, MOU, SLA and Payment Policy.

Step 2: Products Upload

Once you know how to upload your products for your store you will find it very trouble-free and simple but in the commencement it can come across a bit difficult. Please get known with the essential link(s) so that product upload turns into much easier for you.

Get Stared with Product Upload

Request Approval for Store: Please note down that your online store is prepared for Affordbuy approvals when you have registered with all the essential information and you will notice "Active" status. If, once you have not uploaded any products within two weeks from the date of registration, you will see an "Inactive" status at seller Home page and you cannot upload your products.

Step 3: Store Approval

Once we receive your Registration, we go through 4 types of verifications to make sure that your online store at is completely ready for the launch.

Store Verification: Making sure that we have all the information of your uploaded products and they regard to all the product upload guidelines and policies

Payment Verification: Making sure you have entered correct and necessary information of PAN/TAN details and bank account details

Fee Agreement Verification: Making sure that you choose the right categories for selling and your final selling fee is entered into the systems

Final store approval: Approving you store so that potential customers at can now find it, browse it, and buy your items.

  • Selling Service Fee:

In most of cases, this is a percentage of your concluding value sales of an order with shipping charges. For instance, if you sell a t-shirt for Rs. 1,000, you are offering Free Shipping, and Affordbuy Selling Service Fee is 6%, we will charge you Rs. 60 in selling service fee (6% of Rs. 1,000). If you are selling the t-shirt for Rs. 1,000 and also charging Rs. 30 for shipping to the buyer, our selling service fee will be Rs. 62 (6% of Rs. 1,030). In few cases, Selling Service Fee is determined as fixed cost per unit sold. Please note down that the service tax will be applied on Selling Service Fee based on common rates.

  • Reverse Fulfilment Fee for RMA and RTO:

If a customer returns the products enclosed by AffordBuy return policy and sold by you, you will be responsible for the charge of reverse logistics fulfilment service. The similar Fulfilment Service charge is applicable as given for forward shipping. This is fixed cost per unit of 500 gm. Similarly, if you vend any product at AffordBuy and offering COD (Cash on delivery is applicable on vendor priority) as one of the payment option, if the product comes back undelivered, you will be charged for the fee of the reverse logistics. Please note that the service tax will be applied on Reverse Logistics Fulfilment Service Fee based on common rates.

  • Invoice Processing Service Fee:

If you are selling a lot of products at, we can present you with Invoice Processing Service for a service charge. This is charged on per invoice basis. Please note that the service tax will be applied on Invoice Processing Service Fee based on common rates.

  • Other Services: provides other E-Commerce Platform Services e.g. Online seller Services, Catalog Services or Customer Support Services for a charge. You will be charged for these services only if you sign up with us for these services and at the service charge mutually agreed ahead. Please note that the service tax will be applied on Other Ecommerce Platform Services Fee based on common rates.
